The mistake we all make is by saying things like ‘when I have the time I will follow my passion and have a fulfilled life’
Or ‘When I’m good enough, I will start a business or go for that promotion and have additional income’
Or ‘When I loose some weight, I will be able to go to the gym regularly and have a healthy body’
That is totally the wrong approach to achieving your goals or life in general. This approach we call the HAVE, DO, BE and this is how most of us are taught.
What we don’t understand is that for you to HAVE what you want, you need to first BE the type of person who has what you want, so that you can DO the necessary activities or actions to bring you closer to your Goal.
Try using the BE, DO, HAVE Model
BE – think about the type of person you want to be, how you want to be treated like, how you want to treat others and how you approach things like your challenges, relationships, finances, health and personal development.
Think about the type of attitude, values, character and beliefs you need to have to be that person.
When you are clear about who you want to be, you will have little to no issues in finding out what you need to do.
DO – now that you have established the type of person you want to be. Make a list of things and actions that you must take to fulfill the role of the person you are working on becoming.
You can even take it further by changing the way you dress, talk and interact with others. Do the necessary work, in order to have (achieve your goal).
HAVE – once you are being the person you want to be, you will start acting and making decisions that will bring or attract what you want to have. Having is the result of you being and doing.

I am a Coach, therefore I am going to up skill and develop myself, so I can help my clients achieve successful goal setting
BE the person, that can DO what it takes to reach the HAVE (the goal).
Changing your being will affect what you do, then it will be followed by the results you desire.
Kick that fear that’s holding you back and claim the position or Goal you want to see yourself having.
